- Choose best septal view for LAO then RAO with - 45° and also a lateral with + 45°, in respect to the septal view.

- Obtain 16-32 gated frames per cardiac cycle acquisition.

- Collect each view for 3-7 million counts at resting condition with high resolution collimator.

- In case of exercise obtain 3 min acquisition according to Bruce or ECG protocol, plus baseline and postexercise views.

- Spect may be an option but it is  not widely used.
