DYPIRIDAMOLE

- Install an iv line with saline infusion. Make sure the needle is in the vein lumen to avoid infiltration.

- Standard ECG stress monitoring by Cardiologist.

- Give 0.568 mg/kg or 0.852 mg/kg (High Dose) from 0-4th min. Atropine (0.50 mg at 5 and 6 min) can be given optionally  in order to reach ≥ 85% of the age predicted heart rate.

- Optional, combined exercice or handgrip from 4th-9th min.

- Administer the radiotracer at min 8th of dypiridamole start.

- Begin spect acquisition 45 min to 1 h later and after food or 300 ml water, ingestion to clear hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal tracer retention, and diminish the possibility of overlap with the heart inferior wall.
