-  Use gammacamera with paralell high resolution high energy collimator for imaging.

-  At 72 h, obtain whole body images at 5 cm/min speed table. Delay images at 96 h, are useful in some cases.

-  Complete with planar anterior and posterior spot views 10-20 min counts in abdomen. Spect acquisition is suggested in doubtful cases.

-  After 99mTc-DTPA get dual window acquisition to better localize the adrenal glands.
