Female 55 year old with secondary hypertension. There is focal intense increased uptake in the left adrenal gland. Note in the spot views (right hand side) concomitant DMSA scan to localize accurately the area of the adrenals.
 
 This study has over 90%sensitivity to detect small tumors of the adrenals.
