19 y.o. male patient diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyroidism in January 2013.  TSH 4,88; T3 1,07; T4 6,7 (20/06/2013). Thyroid echotomography (April 2013): Heterogenous solid nodule without calcifications in right lobule of 38 x14 mm. Left lobule normal.  Thyroid scintigraphy with Tc99m (6 May 2013): Nodule with high uptake in right lobule and supression of the rest of the normal thyroid parenchyma. 24 hour Iodine Uptake: 34% Received 25 mCi of radioiodine therapy on May 2013.
