Acquisition
- Give a C-14 Urea capsule with 100-300 ml water and wait 10 min.
- A breath sample is obtained after patient blows in a dedicated balloon.
- CO2 from breath sample is trapped in hyamine solution and processed on a beta scintillation liquid counter 24 h later.
