        Female fifteen year old patient with diagnosis of congenital microspherocytosis was evaluated with a Sulfur Colloid - Tc99m hepatosplenic SPECT in coronal, sagittal and axial projections with 3D reconstruction (Volumen) an showed: Liver and spleen of normal position with a relatively preserved shape. The spleen is enlarged diffusely.There is homogeneous uptake of radiocolloid in the liver and spleen, greater intensity in the last one, without parenchymal defects in both organs.Slight activity in bone marrow of normal level. In conclusion, Hepatomegaly and Splenomegaly, without focal defects.
