Lymphangioma
Male, 37 year old with long history of right leg edema since childhood. Underwent 99mTc colloid scintigraphy after injecting the tracer in both feet, between first and second toe. The right side was done first. Note increased activity along the lymphatic channels and in the lymphonodes especially at the inguinal level (upper 2 arrows). Bottom arrow points to the injection site. Normal flow in the left side. In the right hand side, CT shows augmented diameter right thigh, subcutaneous edema and 2 enlarged inguinal nodes. Inguinal lymphonode biopsy showed a benign lymphangioma.
