Acquisition
- Give the radiopharmaceutical with milk divided in two doses, one at the start of study and the other before going to bed.
- Use gammacamera with paralell high resolution collimator.
- At 2 h and 24 h obtain anterior and posterior, static views of thoracic area.
- The use of transmission images to better define lung limits is optional.
