Acquisition

            Start the acquisition 3-4 h after the injection of 99mTc-TRODAT-1, using a dual-head camera equipped with fan beam collimators. Alternatively low energy high resolution collimators may be employed.

            SPECT imaging  at zoom 1.0, matrix 128×128 on the step and shoot mode, with 30 s per projection stop for a total of 64 angles in the 360 degrees orbit (1).

            Another option, spect imaging  at zoom 1.66, matrix 64×64 on the step and shoot mode, with 30 s per projection stop for a total of 64 angles in the 360 degrees orbit (2).
