-  Standard OSEM reconstruction with attenuation correction.

-  Calculate SUV.

-  Fusion with CT or MRI is helpful to best locate lesions.

-  Interpret the volumetric images on the computer screen or in the printouts. Note any physiologic uptake and normal variants.
