            Male 9 y/o, history of  pain in right lower limb.  Note intense inferior femur uptake(arrows).

            Bone scan in osteosarcoma is highly sensitive to detect the primary tumor as a mixed intense osteoblastic and sometimes osteolytic lesion either uni or multifocal. It also helps to unveil bone and soft tissue metastasis.
