Interpret the images on the computer screen (cine display) or in the printouts. If available compare with anatomic modalities to better localize the bleeding site. Also with information from endoscopic studies. Usually it is possible to differentiate upper from lower bleeding. As far as the second, it is also feasible to discriminate small from large bowel conditions, especially when the sequency of images is good enough, allowing to follow the flow of the labeled blood.
