            At the time of use of 131-I MIBG treatment, it has to be taken into account: Selection of patients, Staging, Dosimetry and Dose to be administered, Protocol, Assessment of response. In principle, treatment with MIBG should be reserved for patients with metastatic pheochromocytoma. In addition, to perform MIBG treatment there must be a high tracer uptake and retention by the tumor.
